Warm and welcoming environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great range of services offered with the baby/child swim classes being a favourite in our household! Have used both the physio team and the swimming classes and would highly recommend both.

Generally seems okay, but I will not return. Poor approach towards people with disability.A lot of room for improvement, particularly with making physiotherapy and especially hydrotherapy accessible for NDIS participants with this recommended in their plan.I've not encountered another therapy provider or clinical service with as little understanding of NDIS, and as unwilling to learn about it.

My attending Bodycare Physio was interrupted by Covid.More recently I realised it was time to get my physical health on a better footing.I have a personal session 2X per week with Rebecca and 2 group sessions per week, all in the pool.Exercise is exercise but there is a lovely atmosphere at Bodycare. It starts at the front door and carries right through. Maybe it helps that I know several of the staff, yet I see them treat all clients with gentle respect and kindness.

$90 for a ten minute talk before going into the pool program was over the top. No examination of my physical ability or discussion about what exercises might suit my needs in the pool. It definitely wasn’t a physical assessment.

Extremely happy with all aspects of this physio clinic.I was given a realistic, straightforward programme for treatment of a sports injury which allowed me to return to work and get back into full time fitness ahead of schedule.Great facility to rehab in!
