Fluid Therapy
I have been attending Fluid therapy for the past 4 months with amazing results. Before starting with them I was experiencing arthritic pain that was impacting on my everyday life however I can now move pain free again!

Fluid Therapy
Have been attending Fluid since they started for regular Pilates. Cannot emphasis enough how much of an improvement in my core strength particularly. Has been invaluable not just for me but family members that I have referred as well.Keep up the great work thanks team!

Knowledgeable Physiotherapists who specialise in treating chronic conditions. I thoroughly enjoy attending my reformer pilates class each week. I no longer wake up stiff in the mornings!
